How many years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry?
Focus generally on leadership, management. Was asked several times about 'inclusion' and 'empathy'. The interviewers seemed to be asking these as canned questions pushed by HR policy as they couldn't clarify what the questions meant when asked. These political questions seemed very out of place, awkward.
