Technical Director Interview Questions

590 technical director interview questions shared by candidates

It was pretty surprising! The questions were not related to the work I was there for, but more in general about my current company (which was kind of a competitor for Moncler). I had the strong impression that the objective of the conversation was more about extorting confidential information (financial and organizational) rather than evaluating the match of my profile vs the open job. This trend kept on for the most of the interview: I was so disappointed that after a while I had to tell them I was not going to disclose any further information.
