No interview questions were out of the ordinary that I couldn't answer...I was under the impression I would receive a job offer before the job was re-posted prior to my interview with the Division Controller.

I was asked technical questions pertaining to the role and personality questions like my achievements and what I liked to do in my free time. Everyone answered my questions regarding the role, company, the team and what they liked/disliked about working there. Some of the interviewers had a long list of technical questions and some were more interested in answering my questions and having a friendly conversation.
What is your management style because we love to joke around here, get our work done somewhat, haha, but yeah we do get our work done but for you to fit in, you have to learn to take our jokes, joke with us, and allow us to make fun of you. So what do you say to that?
