Qs relevant to role on customer success, Why Pendo, desire to code in CSS. Interviewer was not experienced enough. By the end of the call I could see there was not a fit. Recruiter engagement was good but the manager engagement was horrible.
All of the questions given to me were asked in a condescending tone.
How did you get into Customer Success? How do you engage with customers? How technical are you? There was a few role plays involved in the panel interview.
