Then she sent me a take home assignment which said: One of the roles we're hiring for is a Tech Lead for our Machine Learning Team. Can you record a Loom video (no more than 5 minutes) walking me through: 1) a boolean string you'd use to source this person 2) a sample profile you found that you'd recommend for the role and why you like it 3) an outreach message you'd send that person to get them to apply
