Group activity involved a mock grand national and several tasks to work through. Nothing too difficult, assessed on how we went about these rather than success. No technical knowledge needed, familiarity with SQL could have helped but not necessary. Interview questions were competancy based (similar to online questions) followed by questions about CV.
