None of the questions were overly difficult. All were very basic, examples are the following: Give us an example of when you worked as a team to accomplish a goal, Give an example of when you had to complete multiple projects in a set amount of time, and how did you complete them. Given an example of a time when you had to deal with a stressful situation and how did you handle it. What do you bring to Target, and why do you think you would be an effective TPS?
There is not really any unexpected questions as long as you're prepared for the phone and in-person interviews. The third interview is with HR and they will hire you if you pass the drug test.

Name an example in which you were wrong and how did you respond?
Normal questions, nothing that I remember as extraordinarily difficult or surprising.
Tell about a time you were part of a team or group that achieved its goals.
Give a time when you provided outstanding customer service.
Basic situational questions... Tell me about a time... Respond with context, action, results.
Tell me about a time that you had a difficult conversation with a supervisor.
Tell me a time when you had to handle an added situation on top of your workload.
