The C++ test is pretty easy. Just some strings, I/O, basic STL problems.
Do you enjoy tinkering with technology in your life outside of work?
I don't remember the question, but the intent was to see if I could think outside of the box. Tip to interviewers: if you are looking for this quality, try different approaches. If the interviewee stalls on one question, try others. Other questions were more technical, which were pretty standard. Some areas are tougher than others in this regard. They are looking for high quality people.
They still throw out chestnuts like: what is your biggest weakness, so to prepare you might want to do a quick search for outdated generic questions and think about them a few minutes.
