The interviewers did not read my entire resume and only concentrated on areas that I did not have any experience with, which was not even part of my resume. One person even mentioned this to me as I inquired if they had looked at my material. They told me the job required someone to know coding, even though the coding aspect is only a small piece of the job. They asked me according to my CV and to my major. They want you to show something concerning your technical background while studying or working. If you have a programming experience, they would probably ask you to write short simple program, if you are a networking engineer they would ask you questions about networking, etc.. So, be attentive while composing your CV, they will check how your words correspond the reality.
