For the on site interview they ask you for three references, and they ask which you feel most confident in. After that they ask what is something good they would say about you, and then what is something negative they would share about you.

It was a very intimidating interview the chief financial officer was in there that made no sense. basic technical questions the only one i can remember What would you say is wrong if oneNote is not syncing with oneDrive. and what are stone-ridges 5 pillers ( they clearly dont follow)
