I think they mostly wanted me to demonstrate if/how I had experience in solving the problems that they are looking for this position to solve.
What is your 30-60-90 day plan?
Describe a time when you had to de-escalate a hot customer.
How will I add value to the process and to the function
The engineering teams hate customer service (that's a direct quote), so how will you win them over?
