I was asked to share two challenging projects experience from a technical role and as a a change agent as well as to rank areas of expertise pertaining to planning, cost, product data management, quality, logistics, and compliance.
Questions were standard for behavioral interviews. Most could be answered in the STAR format, though my interviewer provided little physical or verbal feedback, even when I knew I'd fully-answered the question. One example was the multi-faceted "Tell me about a time you knew you weren't going to be able to meet a deadline. How did you approach your superior or professor? What was the result?

How do you go on with people who don't agree with you, can you give an example? 2. How did you solve or went on about something that was complex, can you give an example? 3. How would you go on about working in a difficult team, can you give an example? 4. Can you think of an economic impact that we should consider in our strategy? 5. Can you tell me of a time in which you think you developed leadership skills? 6. Why this program? 7. Who are our competitors, and what makes us different?

All questions were relevant to the position, professional, and turned into an open conversation. Very straight forward and discussed a lot within each 30 minute phone call/video conference.
