They allow plenty of time to talk with each other and clarify any questions you each have. Ultimately I declined the offer because they low balled the hell out of me. It left a bad taste in my mouth bc I was up front from the beginning of my required salary range and spent a lot of time interviewing with them + prepping for the interviews.
