Stem Cell Interview Questions

11 stem cell interview questions shared by candidates

I was prepared to talk about my previous experience with patient sample testing, skills in aseptic techniques, and why I was the candidate for the job. My preparation was USELESS! - all they asked were psycho questions - "do you take risks", "what was the most spontaneous thing you ever did", "what was the most traumatic event in your life". At the end the supervisor asked if anybody else had any questions, one lady asked me why I left a previous job, which was the only remotely work related question asked.

Why would I be a good fit for the position? Where do I see myself in 5 years? Tell us a bit about yourself. If a supervisor is unhappy with some results, how would you deal with the situation? Which reprogramming method would I use? Which somatic cell would I use for reprogramming? Do you have lab managerial skills?
