The phone interview covered the technical areas and will sort the pretenders from the genuine article. Some information may be lost in the process as the person asking the questions is not technical.
What do you consider the concept of IT to mean?
In interview they asked too difficult questions in L3 area. but i never forget in my life time the questions wear sparked me and took to learn more like BGP,HSRP etc.
Nothing tremendously difficult, though some of the guys will come in with broad problems they've faced and expect you to reach the same conclusion as they did. In other words, they're not so concerned with how you personally work through an issue, but that you work through the issue exactly the same way they did (or do).
Nothing was about the interview was particularly difficult or unexpected.
No difficult question, mostly experience.
