1st round was telephonic. They asked about the simple java concepts like Overloading,Over-ridding, Abstraction, Exception Handling, etc. 2nd round was F2F in their Noida Office. They asked about Collections, Comparators, Multi-threading etc. Interview was simple. 3rd round was simple HR discussion. HR told me that I am already having good salary package so they can't give me my current salary package. He was offering me 1 lakh less than my current CTC.
