Do you have any planned holidays in the next year? Do you have an understanding of the role and what you’ll be doing, did you read the job description? Is there anything you think you might find difficult? I’m sure there were more questions, but I can’t remember any others.

Was led to believe that the retail needed some focus and I would primarily concentrate in that area and my background was retail so seemed like a good match. Computers were not mentioned......and the salon specific software was not discussed.
