There were two sets of interviews. The first interview asked questions about motivation and experience. The second interview was more on the values and vision of the company and how I aligned with said things.
Why do you want to work for us? Any weaknesses? How do handle a tough situation at work? Any achievements? Also question in respect with my background and position These were all answer in a STAR model. The panel were very professional and straight to the point, nothing intimidating. Bottom line, I would suggest be yourself and be honest as you answer the questions. Least but not last be professional. Time wise I was out after 2 hours.

Then there were 3 rounds of interview. First two were technical and the last was a telephonic interview. Mostly hr questions in the last round.
A critical task assigned to me involved analyzing a data dump from SAP for a specific category. However, the absence of a material master, category classification, and accurate descriptions rendered this task nearly impossible.
