I didn't have any difficulties, I honestly and whole heartedly did my research. I wasn't afforded any heads up from insiders, or privy to any networking, I found Glassdoor after the fact even. I went in blind other than knowing I had to prepare and give a presentation about a scenario specific to my field. I was informed that I had to complete a battery of test once I arrived so be prepared.

I was emailed a technical assessment, a JavaScript challenge for sorting a list and rendering it. I would rate the difficulty at an average level and since I am still at an entry-level JavaScript understanding I had to reach out for some help.

General questions over Accounting knowledge and if I had customer support experience. The manager was very nice and asked a few direct questions based on their products and services which allowed me to understand their requirements better.
