The second interview with the hiring manager didn't go so well. You should be more agreeable with him. He seems to be responsible for a small area of focus. He didn’t seem to be open to (or appreciate) growth suggestions to business services or alternative technology implementation approaches.

The second interview with the hiring manager didn't go so well. You should be more agreeable with him. He seems to be responsible for a small area of focus. He didn’t seem to be open to (or appreciate) growth suggestions to business services or alternative technology implementation approaches.

The questions were around how do you make decisions, gather requirements, cultivate talent, and adjust your leadership style. The code test consisted of 3 exercises, 2 Medium and 1 Hard. One was a SQL query, the other 2 were String manipulation exercises.
