The screening call was set up "like a conversation," which was fine, but the HR person also didn't really have questions for me after "tell me about yourself." I asked a bit about the job and talked more about my experience, which furthered a discussion. There were some pauses when I expected her to ask follow-ups or new questions, but that didn't happen.
