Do you have an experience handling IVRs? What are APIs? How much experience do you have with APIs and integrations? What are CRMs? What are the examples of CRMs? Do you have experienced handling clients or presenting to client? Can you please provide an example of a situation you found difficult from your previous role? How were you able to overcome it?
