The HR interview consisted of questions about past academic and professional experiences as well as certain behavioral questions to make sure that I would fit into the company's culture. The second round was a technical interview in which a senior engineer asked OOP, best practices, . Net and SQL questions. The questions were asked clearly and meant to gage my core understanding of the programming languages that will be used on the job, as well as my competence when it comes to software development best practices.
