In the Hiring Manager interview, I was expecting a behavioral interview but instead I asked to write a SQL statement, I was also asked about System Design, APIs, Design Patterns, SOLID Principles and Software Testing. The Bar Raiser interview was a normal behavioral one with a few easy questions about Software Testing.
