they did not really ask any difficult questions or maybe beccause i was going on a lot of interviews at the time i had got use to a lot of question
Very little questions at all. Atleast for crew member employment, i cannot comment on the hiring process of someone going straight to management.
I did not receive a difficult question from the person that interviewed me. I actually had more experience & more knowledge than my interviewer.
