1. Asked if I would be open to ANY position at Wegmans due to the need throughout due to “rapidly changing times during the pandemic”. 2. Tell me a time you had a disagreement with a co-worker and what happened. 3. What did I not like about my last employer. 4. What was a difficult situation you had with a customer and how did you resolve it? 5. When have you gone above and beyond for a customer? 6. How would you handle a safety situation? 7. Who am I developing on my time and how. 8. How long do I plan to work there? ( I thought this was an odd question and could be perceived as ageist)
