I had to write an email to customer making a complaint. The role play was on the phone. I had to take care of a customer stuck outside a hotel with no reception open.

There was not really any difficult question, just be sure about the position you applied for and your motivations. Having a few questions of your own I guess is an advantage.
What was the problem and solution for us?
The interview was basic, the entire process is not justified for the job that you are going to do, useless.
