Tell us about a time when a project failed. How did you recover from the failure?
He asked me how I would handle different situations and what the first thing I would do going into a server room for the first time. How would I handle suggesting a new backup solution to a client. What I would look for when identifying issues.
Nothing really that difficult or unexpected. Drilled a little bit about technical experience.
Why are you looking for a new job?

Lot of whiteboard exercises. Typical cracking coding questions.
What was the hardest challenge you had faced as a developer and how did you handle it?
I did well on all questions. Got job offer after 2 days of the on-site interview but I declined.
