There were no sort of technical questions asked except during technical screening by hiring manager which went really well. I believe they should be really transparent about whole hiring process and screen candidates based on his technical skills.I was really stumped during CTO round when he asked that tell me one thing which you are really proud of and i explained him achievement during recent project implementation.The response was really rude as i do not think this is something to be proud of. But i would say if you do not want to hire somebody reject during initial round instead of humiliating him further by giving him negative comments and feedback during interview process.I would definitely say one of the worst experience i have ever had during interview process.Be transparent and provide detail feedback after interview process is completed.
