The questions were about Agile processes, my experience in financial transactional processing and typical project management scenarios. Nothing different than anywhere else

How would you manage different stake holders from different teams and bring them into same page for the project you will be managing?
Talk about a time you had to work towards and a goal and there were unintended consequences? Talk about the best idea you've had that you could not get across to others or that you were not able to implement? Talk about a time you simplified a process or task for other people? Amazon Prime is going to implement Instant Video? Why is this a good idea? What comes next and how would you measure success?
