Recruiter told me that I fit the requirements of the opening and that she will arrange a call/Skype with then hiring manager. She told me that she will reach me out in a couple of days. She never came back. I sent her a couple of emails on LinkedIn to find out what is the status and she never answered my emails after one week. Even if she reach me out now I will decline the interview. Very bad impression!

Most questions were around product lines, how I would approach working cross functionally with teams, knowledge of Microsoft cloud products, knowledge of the cloud industry. Best advice is to just be yourself and answer honestly. When talking about some of the microsoft products I was honest about what I like as well as what I do not like and would change. The hiring manager probed on what I did not like. I said the Nokia phone is terrible as was the look and feel of the surface tablet. I then follwed up and qualified by saying Microsoft needs to hire a Steve Jobs type person with regards to style of the consumer products. Someone who will be un-yielding with regards to consumer look and feel. The hiring manager agreed with me.
