There appeared to be few set questions. Each answer I provided was followed up by further questions which picked on the weakness of your answer to the previous question. Leading up to the interview assessment it was said that SPSS was needed. Which I downloaded (and for some could have a potential charge if they have already used their free trial) however at the assessment there was unnecessary as there was an option for Excel or SPSS. The assessment was done on Teams, with a Head of department watching over video to make sure I 'didn't cheat although (i quote) it's still possible!
