Take home assignment is really the only thing they seem to care about, which is just a horrible way to screen candidates. You're just only allowing folks who have the ability to spend many hours on the project, who dont have family, illness, or learning disabilities that would prevent them from being able to complete the assignment in "three hours". Unfortunate decision on their part to structure the interview process this way.

Usual HR Screen, Intro, role fit analysis. The hiring manager round was intro and 2 case studies. One based on their internal tool, and another general analyst to report metrics.
