I don't see any financial or banking background in you, if at all given a position, its gonna be a lot of learning, pushing ourselves to stay up to speed, and also high performance is required. So how do you handle this new challenge and what are your thoughts on adapting to this environment?

The case interview consisted of choosing between a direct-mail or telephone marketing. You are supposed to ask questions to let them give you some numbers and then compare them to see which one would be more effective.
Behavioral was fairly standard, though make sure to use different examples for both interviews even if the questions are similar. I got caught off guard in the case study as it required some quick differentiation to find the derivative of a function. I haven't done that since Highschool.
