The HR mentioned PR/Project to present; it was supposed to be 30 min question/answer and vision of the company; Second 30min; PR/Project presentation which didn't happen. The CTO joined the call after 30-40 minutes, it was totally unprofessional. And it was almost 45 minutes of Q/A technical where they didn't mention it from the beginning. It was more like wasting my time - seems like they already choose another developer and wasted my time. I don't recommend this company as they don't care about others' time and they are not acting like professionals.
