What is your leadership style?
Not so much a question as a unique (and enjoyably challenging) approach. During the panel we went through an interactive mock session on addressing a potential scenario that I'd have to manage in this role. It took me about 5-10 minutes to mentally adapt to this style, but I felt better once I got a feel for it.
I've never met someone in IT that has a Master's of IT, can you describe what you learned through your Master's program?
