I dressed in my best black wool suit and black shoes. I was very comfortable and relaxed. There was another manager present in the small office for the interview. I was directed to sit in the most comfortable chair in the office. The unexpected question that caught me by surprise was: where would you want to work after this job?
I was asked if I had and hands on budgeting experience, which I did not. I had accountability for a department but not necessarily the line item of the budget. Here I would be paying for my supervisor salaries as well as the hourly wages and overtime. I would also be purchasing all clothing for the freezer personnel.
