HR sent a Assignment for automating clear trip flight booking scenario with framework design over mail . I had completed and submitted assignment within 3 days with all framework design. Video call round scheduled with hiring manager not on basis of assignment. In that he asked many behavioural questions, puzzles and basic programming questions. After 4 -5 days i asked for feedback with HR and got obvious reply. Suggestion to HR why you are wasting so much time by giving assignment to candidate if you are not reviewing or not taking interview based on assignment. or either first conduct one round with hiring manager then only give the assignment. Don't waste your time in giving interview with them.
The process took 3 technical rounds. First one was full mixup of automation java and 1 coding questions. second round was full coding ques . 2 coding questions were there and the 3rd round was also mixup with the director . coding que, 2-3 sql commands, some scenario based questions.
