Introduce yourself in English The rest of time was communicated in Mandarin Chinese regarding job responsibility with my interviewer. I was surprised that there was not much questions for me during my two interviews. I actually asked my interviewers more questions for about 15 minutes during each of their interview session. Compared to many interviews I had in the past, this company was very easy. I used to answer ongoing questions for at least 30 minutes for phone interviews and up to 2 hours if it was an on-site interview. I quit the job after working 2 weeks there because I discovered it was an extremely disposable position. The actual work experience at the company was off from what I discussed during my interviews. The actual work impact and responsibilities won’t add an edge to my resume for my next job hunting. It made total sense why the interview process was very easy.
