I was asked what steps I follow in determining what areas to assess for identifying a disability, versus continuation of an already established disability. Exploring situations where a student may need additional assessment in areas not previously explored during earlier evaluations.
I was presented with a case study of co-teaching with my co-teacher not pulling their own weight.
How has your previous experience shaped you for this position?
Since working as an RN in schools is "different", they want to know what you've done in schools so far, if you've worked with kids, what sorts of medical conditions you've worked with, etc. They also will assess how good you are at working independently.
