How do you deal with the situation when you have conflict with faculty members?
They started to ask me all sorts of questions which were not on the job description or person specification, so I did not have answers to them. I believe they changed the job role after the advert went out. They also sprang a test on me, which they did not state in their job interview process information. However I had another job interview for a different role which went much much better and was very straight forward without withholding unrelated questions or surprise tests.
