Salesforce questions: security, OWD, profiles, roles, reports, triggers, order of execution, what was new in last SF release, what is coming in next release, how you deploy, did you ever deploy with Ant or similar, dashboards, do you know what's elevator pitch? How would you describe to the client a Case Management in 5 min, do you have Admin certificate...

BAD Time Management... by Rocketfuel ... They should pay me $50 an hour to interview... because that's what it cost me to interview there.... 8 hours of SUNK pure interview time, at what point does the "LOVE" begin... I never felt the LOVE, just technical questions... never will you fit into the TEAM... just fast paced "white board" what if... even thought I was already technically screened prior to interviewing face to face.

BAD Time Management... by Rocketfuel ... They should pay me $50 an hour to interview... because that's what it cost me to interview there.... 8 hours of SUNK pure interview time, at what point does the "LOVE" begin... I never felt the LOVE, just technical questions... never will you fit into the TEAM... just fast paced "white board" what if... even thought I was already technically screened prior to interviewing face to face.

Excellent process. They Focus on Only Technical knowledge not other than that, they always take interview with clear understood able question and they give answer for every question when interview completed and also give meaningful feedback.
