They asked to role play about a potential sale.
All of the questions were pretty standard questions. The most difficult question was to describe a situation in which I was able to "appease" an upset customer.
They ask you a lot of psychological questions s to gauge your personality.
Give an description example of any recent demonstration
There were no difficult questions in my interview. They just wanted to know what kind of experience would I have. Many questions were leading ones like "If there was some type of problem that happened because of you, what would you do"? Of course, they want you to be honest - so I said:
I guess I was suprised at the business process and executive level questions I was asked. I was not aware that the intention was to have my role become part of the leadership team.
Most difficult question was related to the gap between my educational period.
