I wasn't asked any interview questions. They monitored my ability to follow directions, attitude, aptitude and I'm sure a host of other things as I worked as a temp for them.
Describe a situation in which you had a disagreement with your boss. How did you handle the situation?
Basic college courses, and ability to learn on the job.
