I cannot remember the specifics. I believe I was asked where I saw myself in 5 yrs. Majority of the interview was casual conversation about similar hobbies and interests as the manager (interviewer) got a feel for how well I would fit.

Describe a circumstance in which you had to influence a person out of your team and how you made it. Describe your excel skills and give an example of the hardest task you ever performed with it. Why this program. What you believe gives you a competitive advantage in comparison to the other candidates.
