Tell me about a time that you went above and beyond. Tell me about a time someone gave you negative feedback and then followed up with and now a time someone gave you positive feedback. Tell me about a time you had to learn something very quickly and how did it go. Tell me about a time you had to rely on a coworker to do your job and that coworker wasn't living up to the job.
All the questions were behavioral/situational "tell us about a time you had a difficult pt what did you do.." All these questions need a beginning middle and end. I followed the questions on here and there were not any surprises.
