What would you say if a guest doesn't fit the height requirement? What would you do if on your way to your station, you notice a messy patio ? What would you do if you see an associate leave their lunch table dirty? What would do if a guest was mad at you because they stepped in vomit? What if your bus is late 3 times in and row and you know you will be late? What would you do if you saw an associate using their cell phone while working? That's all I remember.

What if your bus is late 3 times in and row and you know you will be late? What would you do if you saw an associate using their cell phone while working? That's all I remember.

You would have to read and go over EVERY SINGLE portion that you may come across because you will be tested on your last interview. Also, you will be tested once you start your job to get certified in your spot(s).

Most difficult or unexpected questions would be to study a worksheet that they give you on the spot of your interview. You would have to read and go over EVERY SINGLE portion that you may come across because you will be tested on your last interview. Also, you will be tested once you start your job to get certified in your spot(s).
