The first part of the interview (with the corporate recruiter) will ask you about 4 to 5 basic questions, ranging from: how did you hear about Hilton, what do you think the job entails, what is your definition of integrity?, what are your salary requirements, and are you willing to relocate. The second part of the interview is with Senior Management. Their are usually two to three senior managers in the interview, which they will ask you behavioral questions. This part of the interview process takes about 1 hour. The third part of the interview process requires a skills assessment, which you will be given a case study. The case study is basic and general math/strategy. The fourth part of the interview process, involves another case study, but in essay form.
