Describe a time you were unhappy with the performance of a supervisor or manager. Describe a time you delivered excellent customer service. Describe a time that you had to adjust your lifestyle, work, or other structures in response to a sudden change. Have you ever been placed in charge of a team or project, and if so, how did you handle it? Other questions that I cannot remember the phrasing for included questions about how the applicant organizes their task list (time management), as well as non-questions where the interviewer described a responsibility that the applicant would be expected to meet, and asked for the applicant's thoughts on it.
