Tell me about a time when you had an irate customer? Describe good customer service? How do you handle a situation when you are going to be late for work? Mock sales / role playing scenario - I was nervous about this but it was fun

None of the questions struck me as particularly difficult but one was a little unexpected. I was asked to discuss a time when I did not want to be part of an organization or a team within an organization.
